Article 1: Application fields of the terms and conditions
The following conditions apply to any order placed on the website www.cinereplicas.com, www.cinereplicas.fr and www.cinereplicas.co.uk cinereplicas can modify at any moment the terms and conditions. For any order the terms and conditions in force will be applied.
Article 2: Availability of products
Our products and prices are only available while stocks last.
After ordering we check the availability of the product(s). If the product(s) are not available we commit to send it to you at 30 days' notice or to replace it by the same kind of product or to repay you by cheque.
In order to properly processed with your order, please mention your order reference and your personal data.
The order is considered as valid from:
· the date of your online payment
• the date we receive your cheque (in case of payment by cheque)
Pre-order items:
The official date appeared on the product description on the website.
The pre-order system gives you the possibility to buy and to reserve in advance a product. This ensures to get the product from the official date imposed by the publisher. The product is considered as pre-ordered only when we receive your payment (by cheque or credit card).
Caution: At any time the publisher can modify the official delivery date. Moreover the other items ordered with your pre-ordered ones will also be delivered at that time. In case of modification on the official date, the customer could totally or partially cancel the order by a simple call to our Customer Service.
Caution, in case of a pre-order for a limited edition item, Cinereplicas cannot ensure a 100% the delivery of the product. When the demand is very high a people are registered in a waiting list according to the date of pre-order.
Caution, in case of a pre-order for a limited edition Cinereplicas cannot guarantee a 100% the price of the product since the distributor is allowed to modify the price. The client will be warned and could retract.
Sampling:
As part of special offers you can receive offers messages or samples for free from our partners
Only one sample by person and by order. Because of errors during the manual packaging, it is sometimes possible that you do not get any sample. No claim will be treated by our Customer Service about this matter.
Article 3: Order confirmation and electronic signature (13rd March 2000 law about the electronic signature)
Any purchase order signed by a "double click" constitutes a binding acceptance. This cannot be questioned. The « double click » during the purchase order accounts for a signature. This is worth for both parties.
Article 4 : Price
4.1 - General remarks
At any time Cinereplicas.com reserves itself a right to modify the prices. Cinereplicas commits itself to apply the current prices mentioned at the time of the order.
Article 5: Payment and safety
Methods of payment:
· By credit card:
The safety of the payment is ensured by the our partner Société Générale. Your bank data will never pass through Cinereplicas.com. Though your order will be registered and your product sent after the acceptance of your payment.
· By cheque:
Your order is booked for 7 days. Beyond this time your order will be canceled. Your order will be treated as soon as we receive your cheque and after the checkout of your payment.
· By bank transfer:
Your order is booked for 7 days. Beyond this time and if we do not receive your payment your order will be canceled. Your order will be treated after the receipt of your payment (about 48h).
Warning about bank fees. The customer it totally responsible about any fees or additional charge coming from his bank. Cinereplicas will refund (less bank charge) any order which is partially paid.
Only the EURO [€] currency is allowed for bank transfer. Any other currency will be rejected.
Safety:
Bank data are encoded thanks to the SSL system (Secure Socket Layer) which prevents the data from circulating in clear. The payment is directly made by the bank. Cinereplicas.com cannot get access to the bank data and does not keep it on the server. This is the reason why you need to enter it for each order on our website.
Copyrights clause
Cinereplicas remains the ownership of the products until the complete payment of the order by the customer. However the risks are transferred to the client when he receives the goods.
Non-payment
Cinereplicas.com reserves itself the right to refuse to deliver or to accept the order of a consumer who did not completly paid his previous order or who is still in dispute for payment failure.
Anti-fraud control
Cinereplicas.com checks all the order placed on the website. These controls aimed at protecting Cinereplicas from abuses.
As a part of safety procedures our services can ask you for reactivating your order like: written proof of your address or any other relevant document. You will be informed by mail or by phone.
Cinereplicas.com reserves itself the right not to send the goods if the relevant documents are not received by Cinereplicas. They must be sent by email (sav@cinereplicas.com) or mail (Cinereplicas, Entrepôts Veropam, 70 av. Victor Hugo, BP 144, 93300 Aubervilliers).
Credit card refused
These are the two situations you can face with if you pay by credit card:
1 - the payment is accepted and your order is treated
2 - the payment is denied:
- either the payment is blocked by the inter-bank network. Therefore the customer is informed by email and the order is held over. The client must contact Cinereplicas to modify the payment method.
- or the payment is temporarily refused (for instance if the customer has exceeded the spending limit) then the transaction will be submitted again until the validation

6.2 - Delivery time
The estimations of the delivery times are calculated according to the working days.
These are average delays and correspond to the time required to prepare the order (from the exit from the warehouse). The delay for the delivery of the goods must be added.
Regarding orders including pre-ordered items the time of delivery corresponds to the longest time required. Somehow Cinereplicas.com reserves itself the right to divided up the order into several deliveries without any additional cost for the customer.
The articles in stock are sent within 1 to 5 days. In any other case the availability is mentioned on the product card and may vary between 5 to 120 days. This delay depends on the product ordered.
6.3 - Delivery delay
Cinereplicas does not assume the non-respect of the carrier delay.
Products are sent through the postal network or through an independent carrier. This depends on Cinereplicas initiative and on the type of product ordered and considered the warehouse as the place of departure.
Delivery method (France Metropolitan)
Colissimo, average delay announced: 48 hours to 7 days
Chronopost : the day after if the order is placed before 14h00 from Monday to Friday (only if the items are in stock and if the order is paid)
UPS (standard or express): average delay 24 hours à 48 hours
Package and delivery
Before signing the delivery note the customer must check if the goods delivered corresponds to the initial order.
Any damage must be mentioned (in writing)on the delivery note accompanied with your signature. The checking of the products is considered as done when the customer or anyone else has signed up the delivery note.
Any defects or failure must be indicated and confirmed your reservations within 3 working days from the receipt of your package. A copy of the reservations must also be sent to:

If the product needs to be returned you must contact the Customer Service within 7 days after the delivery. After this delay no claim could be accepted. Only item in their original state (packaging, props, directions) will be accepted.
If at the delivery the wrapping is damaged or opened you must check the conditions of the item(s). In case of damages you must refuse the package and write reservations on the delivery note.
6.4 - Changing address
If a package is returned because of a fake address, Cinereplicas is allowed to ask for supplementary shipment cost:
- the adress was not properly written on the purchase order
- the customer did not properly write his address on the purchase order or his address is missing
However if the carrier is responsible Cinereplicas will open an inquiry because of "incorrect return" " and will return the package without demanding any additional costs.
6.5 - Non-reclaimed products
If a packet is not reclaimed Cinereplicas is allowed to add additional shipping costs to return the packet.
CAUTION : If the packet is not reclaimed beyond 15 days to Cinereplicas (that is to say 30 days since the packet remains 15 days at the Post office) the order cannot be cancelled or refund.
6.6 - Honesty clause

- via the sending of an automatic email (at the address that the customer mentioned on the application form) which informs you from your packet reference required for the tracking
- via Cinereplicas Center call at

6.7 - Not European Union shipment and customs matters.
All our rates are customs free. If you need to be deliverd in a country outside the European Union, customs could charge the recipient. All customs fees are for customers and cannot be charged to Cinereplicas SARL. All those fees are for the national territory of the recipient not for Cinereplicas SARL. If you need more informations about customs fees please ask the customs services of your country.
Article 7 : Responsabilities
• Cinereplicas.com cannot be responsible for shipping (delivery) troubles because of strikes, flood,fire or any circumstances outside our control. Moreover Cinereplicas cannot be charged for any indirect damages due his products.
• The client is the unique responsible for the choice of one's service or item(s). No refund, replacement will be accepted in case of a partial or total impossibility to use a product notably because of a incompatible of equipment. Moreover the responsability of Cinereplicas will not be questioned except in case of hidden flaw, nonconformity, defective items, if a customer uses his retraction rights or any case tackled Article 8. If a product has a hidden flaw you can cancel the order or keep the item and ask for a decrease of the price.
• You have 6 months (from the day the product leaves our warehouse) to claim the non-delivery of the order or of a part of the order. After 6 months no claim will be accepted.
In case of withoutsignature delivery (super saver delivery or "collissimo sans signature") Cinereplicas commitments are limited to forward to the selected carrier as fast as possible. However responsibility for the delivery will be entirely dependent on that carrier. Cinereplicas will not be liable for damage or loss of the package during transport.
In case of dispute delivery Cinereplicas reserves the right to request identification, including the signature of the customer and / or person living at the adress and / or the person may have received the package. If customer refuse Cinereplicas would not refund or exchange product.
Article 8: Return and Replacement right
8.1 - Return and Replacement right
Under article L.121-20 and the following ones of the French « Code de la Consommation » the consumer can return a product which does not suit and ask for a replacement within 7 working days. Only the return shipping cost will be charged by the consumer.
Before shipping the product you must have a return reference (please refer to paragraph 9 for the return process). The product should be returned in its original packaging, without any damages and obvious signs of use. The items must be accompanied with the accessories (instructions, guarantee, certificate of authenticity etc...).
For lack, you will not be allowed to benefit from the retraction right and you will pay the shipping cost.
Exceptions
• Data products (CD, DVD, DVD à la séance DVD-D, softwares, PC Games /Consoles):
The return right cannot be allowed for datas items except if they are returned in time and in its original packaging (cannot have been opened).
• Recordable products (consoles, video card, MP3 drive, cell phone, hard disk, USB key) :
Those products have a control mark to seal the packaging. In case of retraction the product returned will be refused if the control mark is damaged.
· Sales or special offers:
Products which benefited from a discount cannot be exchanged or returned.
8.2 - Pre-order
Regarding pre-order the client is entitled to cancel it as any other order. As a consequence the same rules applies.

In the case of a product order the order will be considered as "valid" only from the receipt of the payment (credit card or cheque). Delivery time and orders are only as an indication. Cinereplicas commits to provide information to its client about delivery time. To cancel an order already cashed some additional fees will be added due to the research and to the refund of the provider. They account for 6.5% of the total order will be added.

Time to point out a problem:
• Before contacting our Customer Service you have 7 days for a retraction from the receipt of your package. The product must be returned in good condition in the original packaging.
· 7 days to report a flaw or defect.
After the acceptance of the Customer Service you have 15 days to return the product. Beyond this delay the return will be refused.
9.2 - Return costs
Shipping return costs are assumed by the customer.
9.3 - Packages treatment: Fake address/Denied/
If your packet is not returned by the provider for the following reasons :
· Fake address
· Packet not claimed
· Packet refused at the delivery
After the control of the returned item we will refund you by cheque.
We thank you for reminding us the order reference and your complete personal data in order to properly treat your request.
9.4 - Time and Refund conditions
If you return the product within 7 days and if the product is accepted after the quality control the refund will be accepted. The refund is done by cheque, or on the credit card (only if the one used to pay the order) within 30 days. The refund does not include dans un délai de 30 jours maximum à compter de la date de réception du retour. Le remboursement se compte hors frais de port.
9.5 - Refund/Return
If the return is shipped within 7 days the refund will done through a credit valid for 1 year. This is only valid for orders paid by credit card or cheque. The refund could only be done within 90 days. Before no refund could be accepted (from the day payment has been cashed).
The refund can be done in cash only for bank transfers, cheque and the cash. It will be effective from the acceptance of the returned product.
Article 10 : Guarantee, aftersales service
We automatically subscribed to an insurance (for breakage, robbing...) at the Post service .
Cinereplicas.com invites you to refer to the manufacturer guarantees. Cinereplicas do not provide any guarantee.

are at 100 m of this station. Go into the "VEROPAM" porch.

CAUTION: it is obligatory to place an order on Internet site of Cinereplicas before coming in check point. Like this, your product is reserved and ensured like available in our stocks. Only are reserved the products which have been prepaid in our site (cashing when you take your product).
The payment at our warehouse is possible : in cash or in cheque. No payement by CB on the spot.
